GW Premier America, Inc.^sm provides all aspects of commercial and technical staffing, serving 2,000 customers in the U.S. and Canada. With revenues of over $1B per year, GW Premier America services clients ranging from multi-billion dollar corporations to mid-sized regional companies.

GW Premier America has four principal operating companies in the U.S.: Technical Aid Corporation^sm, Talent Tree, Inc.^®, Willstaff, Inc.^®, and Advantage Human Resourcing, Inc.^®. Combined, these companies have over 150 branches in the U.S. and have over 60,000 contractors and associates.

GW Premier America is one of the fastest growing full-service staffing companies in the U.S. Since its initial founding in 1995, GW Premier America has grown from less than $100M in U.S. sales in 2002 to over $1B today. The 2005 acquisition of Technical Aid Corporation represents the largest source of this growth, supplementing the acquisitions of Talent Tree, Willstaff and Advantage Human Resourcing in 2003 and 2004.

GW Premier America is dedicated to serving its clients with unique staffing solutions and innovative services. The Goodwill Group pioneered high-end outsourcing and is by far the largest staffing and outsourcing company in Japan. Already the fifth largest staffing company in the world, GW Premier America is focused on rapidly expanding its business in North America and Europe.

GW Premier America's core businesses consist of technical staffing, including information technology and engineering, manufacturing staffing, administrative/clerical and financial specialists. In addition to temporary staffing, GW Premier America provides permanent placement, payrolling and project outsourcing solutions. Our clients represent over half of the Fortune 500 companies, with many clients having continuing relationships of five years or more.

GW Premier America also provides workforce planning consulting services through its Decision Logic division. We also provide workforce optimization strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our clients' human resource structures.

GW Premier Europe, B.V.

GW Premier Europe, B.V.^sm has three operating companies in Europe: Crone Corkill and FSS (together operating as GW Professional UK Limited^sm) and Technical Aid Corporation UK Limited^sm. These companies provide the same focused client services of both technical and commercial staffing as GW Premier America does in the U.S. Revenues exceeded $400M in the latest fiscal year.
